Dr Charles Dawson Retirement
We write to inform you that after 24 years working as a GP at Riverside & Kelsey Surgery, Dr Charles Dawson has made the difficult decision to step away from General Practice and is therefore going to be retiring from Swan Medical Group and his position at Riverside Surgery on the 30th of May. We wish Dr Dawson all the best for his well-deserved retirement. We’d like to reassure all of Dr Dawson’s patients that your care will continue with Swan Medical Group and you will be looked after by alternative GPs.
