How Do They Work?
Our tablets are easy to use and available at reception desks across our surgeries. Here’s what you need to know:
In-Surgery Use Only: These tablets are configured to function only within the surgery. They will not work outside the building.
Secure Access to Our Website: Each device is set up to display the Swan Medical Group website, allowing patients to:
- Request repeat prescriptions
- Access online forms
- Find helpful resources and updates
Safe and Secure:
- Tablets are tethered to the reception desk with an extendable wire for added security.
- All personal information is automatically wiped from the tablet if a patient walks away without completing their request — this is to ensure data privacy and prevent any breaches.
Important: Please make sure you save and submit your request before finishing. If the request is not completed properly, it may be deleted, and the practice will not receive it.
