Swan Surgery is a modern, accessible and friendly GP practice located in the centre of Petersfield. We have a dedicated team of clinicians committed to provide you with the highest quality of care.

We offer a comprehensive range of services from a modern premises with an onsite pharmacy situated close to the centre of town. We have close links with Petersfield Community Hospital which is adjacent to the surgery

Swan Surgery has suitable access for disabled patients, and all the patient areas including the waiting room, the consulting rooms and the toilets, have wheelchair access. Designated disabled parking spaces are located nearest to the entrance of the building. Onsite parking is available but is limited. If you do park in our car park, please ensure you log this on the machine in reception.

Parking

Please note our surgery car park is for Swan Surgery patients only and has limited spaces, if you use these spaces, you must enter your vehicle registration into the tablet in the waiting room whist using our services as it is monitored by a Parking Management Company. If you do receive a PCN fine and have legitimately visited Swan Surgery, please let us now and he can help cancel it for you.
