Dr Raj Laly—Change of Role
Dr Raj Laly, has recently changed his role within the practice. From April onwards, Dr Laly will no longer be having a dedicated patient list and has reduced his clinical sessions to entirely focus on specialist care for a specific cohort of our patients in a hospital facility. He will also be supporting our Dispensary team and helping us develop the Dispensary at our Liss site for the future. We’re pleased to be able to retain Dr Laly’s expertise in both these areas going forward. Any patients that were registered with Dr Laly have been re-allocated to other GPs within the practice, to ensure that all our patients still have access to their own named GP to maintain continuity of care.
Dr Molly St John
“I trained at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical school in London, qualifying in 2006. I then worked in Hospital Medicine & Cardiology in both London and North Hampshire, before moving to General Practice training in 2015. We relocated as a family from London to the Petersfield area in 2021, and I have been working as a GP in Portsmouth for the last 18 months. I am joining the Swan Medical Group as a salaried doctor. I enjoy all areas of General Practice, but have a special interest in Cardiology, particularly in improving the quality of heart failure care within the community.” We are delighted to announce that we have the following 2 new GP’s who have recently started with us.
Dr Laura Carter
I attended Guys, King’s and St Thomas’ medical school in London, qualifying in 2008. For the last 6 years I have been a GP at a busy city centre practice in Winchester. I joined the team at Swan Petersfield in January 2023 to work closer to home. I enjoy the breadth of general practice and as such have no areas of special interest.

COVID Spring Booster Campaign
We are currently organising our COVID Spring booster campaign and have the below information for our patients with regard to eligibility and clinic dates available. Further clinic dates may be added in due course, so please do make sure to follow us on Facebook for further updates on this.
Eligibility: You will notice this is slightly different to previous campaigns and is set out by the Government.
- Those aged 75 and over
- Residents in Care Homes for older people
- Those aged 5 and over with a weakened immune system (Immunosuppressed)
Clinics: We currently have the below clinic dates available to patients to book into. If you have already received your letter from NHS England inviting you to book in, please do give us a call and we can get you booked in. We are also in the process of sending out invitations to eligible patients.

We currently have the following clinics available on Saturdays. Please note that availability is ever changing, so early booking is advised.
